Fiber Art for Aunt Bessie

My Aunt Bessie recently passed away, so I created a fiber art memorial to her. 

She was a quilter and even had a huge quilting machine in her basement.  She liked roses and could grow anything.  I added just a touch of shiny sequined ribbon because I think she would get a kick out of that.  The wooden spoon represents the fact that she used every spoon in the kitchen when she cooked…not just some…all of them!
