No Sugar Apple Crisp

I've been attempting to get as much sugar out of my diet as possible.  I've done a pretty good job of replacing processed sugars with natural sugars, so far...cuz let's face would be a tragedy to never have something sweet again!

Here is a recipe for a sort of Apple Crisp made with absolutely no processed sugar.  This is for one serving which I baked and stored in a mason jar. :-)

1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced into small pieces.
1 Tbsp coconut oil
3 Tbsp flaxseed, grounded in a coffee grinder
4 Tbsp walnuts, ground
3 Tbsp dates, diced (add more if you like it really sweet)
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350*.  Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and shove it into a mason jar.  Bake for 30 minutes in an uncovered mason jar.  If you put the lid on when you remove the jar from the oven, it will seal for storage.
